Andrew [Andy] Rockman is a partner in the Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury departments. Mr. Rockman’s entire career has been devoted to representing severely injured clients, with a special concentration and statewide reputation in medical malpractice litigation. A skilled trial attorney and negotiator, he regularly resolves complicated and substantial claims both by settlement and verdict in Courts all over the State of New Jersey. Mr. Rockman chairs the Medical Malpractice department, in which capacity he reviews, analyzes and prepares cases for clients from all New Jersey counties.
Mr. Rockman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick and his law degree from George Washington School of Law in Washington DC.
He is a past president of the Trial Lawyers Association of Middlesex County and served for many years as a Trustee of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. He was selected as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates in 1996 and remains involved in that organization, as well as the American Association for Justice, formerly ATLA and the Mercer County and New Jersey Bar Associations. Mr. Rockman has also served as co-chair of the Medical Malpractice Committee for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey and is currently a member of the Medical Malpractice Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Mr. Rockman has received the top "AV' rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory from 2007 to the present, as well as being recognized as a "New Jersey Super Lawyer" by New Jersey Monthly magazine from 2008 through 2011. In 2010 he was also named one of the "Top 100 Trial Lawyers.”
