Ira C. Miller "Of Counsel"

Ira C. Miller is “Of Counsel” to the firm. Previously he was a managing partner and Chair of the Employment and Labor Department for more than two decades. Mr. Miller concentrates his practice in the areas of Union labor, employee benefit funds, administrative law and statutory and regulatory compliance, with particular emphasis on representation of building trades and public employee unions.

He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Rutgers University and is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Miller was an adjunct professor at the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations for more than fifteen years and at Mercer County Community College for more than a decade. He is the author of numerous articles related to his areas of practice that can be found on the worldwide web.

He was named as a New Jersey Superlawyer for many years.
