In the 1990’s, Pellettieri, Rabstein & Altman civil rights lawyers won a New Jersey high school student the right to refuse dissecting an frog (or any animal) on moral and religious grounds.
In 2004, Pellettieri, Rabstein & Altman civil rights lawyers won a $1-million settlement against a “European-American Only” New Jersey swim club on behalf of a black woman denied access to the club and the white family who stood up for her rights, as well as a white family who would not accept denied access to the club for black and brown skinned children at their 11-year-old daughter’s birthday party.
