Employee Personnel Manual

A document setting forth the polices and procedures of the employer. If the personnel manual does not contain a clear and prominent disclaimer and the employee has not signed a RELEASE stating that he/she understands that the personnel manual is not a CONTRACT generally the personnel manual may be considered an EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT binding the employer to the promises contained therein.
