Family Law Partner Makes Third "Locks for Love" Donation

As a family law attorney Lydia Fabbro Keephart deals with children - their custody, their support, where they will be spending their holidays, on a professional level everyday.  But, it is on a personal level that she truly, and literally, gives.  For the third time Ms. Keephart has cut off over 10 inches of her hair to donate to Locks of Love.

Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada.  Their mission is to return a sense of self, confidence and normalcy to children suffering from hair loss by utilizing donated ponytails to provide the highest quality hair prosthetics to financially disadvantaged children.

When asked what prompted her to make this donation she commented, “I love children and have a special appreciation for those who are less fortunate on any level.  I hope that these locks that I donated can put a smile on a child’s face.”

Ms. Keephart is a partner in the Princeton law office of Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman.  She has practiced law for over 20 years and specializes in custody, divorce and mediation.

Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman was founded in Trenton in 1929 and currently has over thirty attorneys in Mercer, Burlington, and Essex counties.  As one of the largest law firms in New Jersey PR&A’s practice expertise ranges from personal injury to medical malpractice and negligence, from family law to business and employment.
