Bruce P. Miller "Of Counsel"

Bruce P. Miller is "Of Counsel" to the firm.  Previously he was co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Department. He concentrates his practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation, representing injured workers. He is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court Board of Trial Attorney Certification as a Certified Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney.

Mr. Miller has a nationwide reputation in his field. He was named by U.S. News as one of the Top 100 New Jersey Super Lawyers. For almost two decades, his peers have voted him among the Best Lawyers in America and the Best Lawyers in New Jersey (New Jersey Monthly magazine).  He has also been listed in Thompson Reuters "Super Lawyers" since 2005.

Mr. Miller graduated from Lafayette College and received his law degree from The University of Michigan Law School.  He served a New Jersey Superior Court Judicial Clerkship and was an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor where he prosecuted organized crime cases.

Mr. Miller is co-founder and Vice President of the New Jersey Council on Occupational Safety and Health. He is a Master of the New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Inns of Court. He is past Chair of the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section. Mr. Miller also served the New Jersey State Bar Association as a member of the Workers’ Compensation Judicial Appointments Committee.

Mr. Miller’s informative articles can be found in professional newspapers as well as on the worldwide web. He has lectured on Workers’ Compensation issues for continuing legal education courses and seminars.

He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. Mr. Miller is a member of the American and New Jersey State Bar Associations as well as the Mercer County Bar Association.
