Peter J. Classetti

Peter J. Classetti is a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation department. Mr. Classetti has been representing the interests of injured workers since 1984 and devotes his practice almost exclusively to protecting workers’ rights as well as determining whether there are other remedies available to them – such as Social Security Disability, other Personal Injury actions or Employment Related Discrimination.

Mr. Classetti is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his J.D. cum laude at Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. He is a Certified Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation attorney and is an adjunct professor of Business Law and Ethics, Human Resource Management, and Negotiations at Temple University’s Fox School of Business, at Eastern University and at Holy Family University. In the past, he has lectured at professional seminars sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the continuing educational arm of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

He is admitted to the Bar Associations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has ben included on the Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer”* list.   Mr. Classetti speaks both English and German.
