Roberto J. Benites is an associate in the Workers’ Compensation department. He has extensive experience in workers’ compensation cases having spent over 25 years protecting the right of injured workers in New Jersey. He has successfully litigated trials for clients seeking permanent disability benefits, death benefits for the dependents of persons who died from work related causes, and trials of motions for medical and temporary disability benefits.
A fluent Spanish speaker, he has established strong and successful relationships representing the Spanish-speaking community.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University and his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
He is licensed in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
