Thomas R. Smith, Esq. will be speaking on the topic of “Grabbing the Jury's Attention in Opening Statements” at NJAJ's Boardwalk Seminar

Thomas R. Smith, Esq., managing partner and Chairman of the firm’s Personal Injury Department, will be speaking on the topic of “Grabbing the Jury's Attention in Opening Statements” at this year’s New Jersey Association for Justice’s (NJAJ) Boardwalk Seminar.


Mr. Smith has tried many cases over the last 30 years and has obtained significant verdicts on his client’s behalf.   He handles complex personal injury matters in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  

NJAJ is a statewide legal association of over 2,700 members that fight for the rights of New Jersey’s families by working to preserve and strengthen the laws for safer products and workplaces, a cleaner environment and quality health care.  Their annual Boardwalk Seminar involves three days of seminars relating to Legal Continuing Education.

This year’s seminar features the theme Personal Injury: Artisans of Advocacy and will be held on May 10th and 11th at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, NJ.
