Attorney Anne McHugh was a presenter at the Association of Trial Lawyer’s of America (ATLA) NJ Boardwalk Seminar held on May 1-2, 2008 in Atlantic City. Ms. McHugh presented “Psychological Injuries: Often Overlooked” and discussed the specifics of presenting evidence regarding a plaintiff’s claims for emotional and psychological damages. ATLA NJ is a statewide association of over 2,000 members in private practice and public service dedicated to protecting New Jersey’s families and residents.
