At yesterday evening’s “Awards Night”, South Brunswick High School senior Nikhil Devulapalli received the first annual “Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman Citizenship Award” for developing and operating a 2-year program to teach computer and internet use at the Senior Center.
“During 75 years of serving the community, Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman attorneys have learned that life rewards action. So to mark our anniversary, we honor the citizens of tomorrow who are willing to get involved in some meaningful way,” explained Ira C. Miller, Esq., in presenting Mr. Devulapalli with the award. “We were impressed by the many outstanding applicants competing for this award, but ultimately, most impressed by Nikhil Devulapalli, a young citizen who recognized the untapped vitality of older citizens and taught them valuable new skills to stay involved with their community.”
