For more than 25 years, her practice has focused on assisting victims of nursing home abuse and neglect. Ms. Warfel represents individuals harmed while in the care of nursing homes and other medical facilities. She handles cases involving pressure wounds, preventable falls and fractures or head injuries, infection, abuse, and death, as well as other injuries from nursing home malpractice. She has settled and tried hundreds of cases in her years of practice for deserving litigants.
Ms. Warfel has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. She served on the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association for Justice, a trial lawyer’s organization that fights for the rights of individuals and injured victims. She is a member of the NJ and Mercer County Bar Associations and has served as Co-Chair of the Women’s Committee of the Mercer County Bar. A long-time local resident, she is active in the community. Since 2015, she has volunteered for the annual NJAJ Turkey Drive raising funds for Mercer Street Friends Food Bank. She has also helped to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation through her work with the Mercer County Bar. From 2008- 2012 Ms. Warfel was included on the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers.

Ms. Warfel received her undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey and her Juris Doctorate from the Rutgers School of Law in 1998. Upon graduation from Rutgers, she received the Richard L. Barbour award for her public service during her time as a law student. She served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Linda R. Feinberg, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, for a year subsequent to graduation. Thereafter, Ms. Warfel began her law career at PR&A where she established her practice of representing victims of nursing home abuse and neglect.
