While at Rutgers, he served as Associate Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Review, directed the Eviction Prevention Project—which helped South Jersey tenants avoid eviction by connecting them with rental assistance programs—and was a member of the Housing Justice Team, representing clients in both Landlord/Tenant Court and the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division.
Before joining Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman, Tim served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Marc C. Lemieux, A.J.S.C., in Monmouth County.
Tim remains deeply committed to helping people when they need it most. He is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
