$505,000 Settlement – Slip and Fall on Ice with Spine and Knee Surgeries

 A delivery worker slipped on an icy stairway that had not been properly treated. He ultimately underwent lumbar fusion and knee surgery. A $505,000 settlement was reached before trial.
