Labor Arbitration Results in Over $700,000 in Back Wages

Following multiple hearing dates and formal arbitration proceedings, our legal team secured an Arbitration Award directing more than $700,000 in back wages to be paid to Trane employees represented by IUE/CWA Local 81455. The arbitrator ruled in favor of the union after a comprehensive presentation of evidence and argument against the employer.
