Michelle T. Thompson is an Associate in the Family Law Department at Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman. Michelle has dedicated her career to family law and has a special interest in child custody matters. She has experience litigating divorces, post judgment issues, and complex custody cases.
She is multilinguistic, in addition to English, she is fluent in Spanish and Slovak.
Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in history from Kean University in Union, New Jersey and her Juris Doctor from UALR Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas. While earning her Juris Doctor, Michelle worked for the ACLU researching State and Federal Laws regarding LGBTQ+ discrimination and reproductive rights.
She is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the Middlesex County Bar Association.
