Monaghan, Esquire spoke at the New Jersey Association of Justice’s
February 6th seminar on “Workers’ Compensation: Exposing Deceptive
Defense Medicine”. Mr. Monaghan, an attorney in the firm’s
Workers’ Compensation department and a program co-chair, will be presenting on
the topic of “Using Case Law, Statute, and Treatises in Cross
Examination and Trial” as well as in the seminary summary, “Questions
and Answers on Your Cases”.
