May 12, 2005 – Three lucky local kids cashed in their winning tickets drawn from the Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman raffle at the St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center’s annual “Bicycle Safety Rodeo/Skateboard Safety Jam and Safe Kids Day” on Saturday.
Mercerville resident, Nick Simpson won a 5boro skateboard autographed by Patrick Guidotti, professional skateboarder who rides the 5boro and Lawrence native. The package includes a 5boro deck, 129mm Independent Stage 9 trucks, 52mm Spitfire wheels and Bones Reds bearings provided by Xtreme Funktion store in Hamilton in honor of their Skateboard Jam sponsorship.
Princeton resident, Sarah Evans won a Morey Boogie “Classic Series Plasma” Bodyboard provided by Ski Barn of Lawrence Township in honor of their new “Surf Shop” grand-opening this week.
Hamilton resident, Ashley Monforte won a $25 Gift Certificate also provided by Ski Barn of Lawrence Township.
“Our annual raffle helps St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center attract kids and turn safety education into a fun experience,” explained Ira C. Miller, Esq., a senior partner and chairman of the Labor & Employment Department in the New Jersey law firm of Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman, pictured awarding the prizes “We also give out hundreds of articles on safety and injury prevention to parents at the event so they can follow through at home.”
