Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman is pleased to announce that Roberto J. Benites, Esquire has joined the Firm as a member of the workers’ compensation department.
Rob has extensive experience in workers’ compensation cases having spent over 25 years protecting the rights of injured workers in New Jersey. He has successfully litigated trials for clients seeking permanent disability benefits, death benefits for the dependents of persons who died from work related causes, and trials of motions for medical and temporary disability benefits.
A fluent Spanish speaker, he has established strong and successful relationships representing the Spanish-speaking community.
Rob is a graduate of Seton Hall University and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Boston College Law School.
