BIOGRAPHY

Richard Isolde is a partner in the Personal Injury Department.

My goal is to make our community safer. I do this by holding companies and individuals who needlessly harm my clients responsible when they violate community safety standards.

Rich is a partner in the personal injury department and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.

As an attorney, Rich initially worked on behalf of insurance companies in legal matters involving the defense of environmental, construction, products liability, premises liability and automobile injury claims. Rich has litigated cases in every county in the state of New Jersey and many counties in New York. During that time, he saw that individuals were not always treated fairly by their insurance companies.

In light of the above, Rich decided to start representing injured victims. Since then, he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases to favorable settlements and/or verdicts. His efforts have resulted in millions of dollars for his injured clients. He believes strongly in personal liberty, and he always works hard for his clients.
