Anne P. McHugh, Esq. was recently confirmed by the New Jersey State Senate to serve on the Board of Trustees of The College of New Jersey.
Ms. McHugh is a senior partner in the Princeton based law firm of Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman where she has practiced for 23 years. Ms. McHugh is a resident of Pennington Borough. She has served on numerous other boards, including Hi Top of Princeton NJ and Family Born, a pioneer organization in the provision of midwifery services to pregnant women. Ms. McHugh currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Association of Trial Lawyers New Jersey where she has been a member for over 10 years.
Beginning her legal career as staff counsel to the American Civil Liberties Union before joining Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman, Ms. McHugh broadened her practice to include personal injury litigation, disability insurance litigation and complex commercial litigation.
Asked about what she hopes to contribute most through her role as a Trustee of The College of New Jersey, Ms. McHugh is very specific: “To insure that one of this country’s top publicly sponsored colleges remains the quality institution it has become and is accessible to all those who qualify for admission to this outstanding institution.
